This book might actually have some good information in it but it is so horribly written it's hard to get past that.
Only part way through, but it makes so much sense to address more than just diet and exercise. However, was looking through for the metflex rx diet, exercise, and lifestyle guide that is supposed to be at the end of the book - it is not there. I have the kindle version, but would still expect that all parts of the book are there, disappointing
Ignore the writing style. This was written the way I imagine the author speaks to his clients. Once I got past that, this book was full of good information and techniques I could genuinely apply to my life. Much better than the regular diet books.
I thought the book had some good points, but it was really too long and involved. I got bored with it.
This book is filled with so much information about our food habits and so many tips how to take back control. Great read.
